BRIEF CITATION
Prof. Gibson Okorafor is from the Ezinta family in Amuvi Arochukwu.
He is a Professor of Project Management at the Federal University of Technology. He has held several administrative positions in the University including Head of Department of Project Management Technology; Deputy Director of the Centre of Continuing Education (CCE); the University SIWES Coordinator and lately the University Director of Academic Planning and Development (DAP & D).
At the home front, he has been an active member of Amuvi Welfare Union, Owerri Branch. He was the Branch Secretary from where he was selected to replace Prof. C. A. Okorafor as the Secretary General of AWU under Mazi Ngwu’s tenure. He was finally elected as the AWU Publicity Secretary under late Mazi Emma Okereke’s tenure. He finally served as the Secretary General of AWU before he left national office.
At Arochukwu level, apart from being a former treasure of Nzuko Arochukwu Owerri Branch, I was also a one time Treasurer General of Nzuko Arochukwu.
