Engr. Mrs. Ijeoma Onyeador is a multi-skilled management executive with 20 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. She feels privileged to have lived, trained and worked in several countries across the world. Ijeoma’s career is the model of cross-functional expertise: from oilfield engineering to sales and marketing to full-time business development to core operations management to human resources management! She has extensive experience in rolling-out new technology and disruptive initiatives, managing clients and government regulatory agencies, negotiating with trade unions, starting-up business in new countries as well as demobilization. Ijeoma holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering; Management certifications from the prestigious Lagos Business School and CEDEP-INSEAD, France and is concluding an MBA at the awesome Henley Business School, UK. Ijeoma is a member of the Board of Directors at the REXLOUIS GROUP, ELITZ FOODS LTD, TEMPLECREEK LTD and LATTICE FOUNDATION (an educational charity).
She is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), The Society for Corporate Governance, Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Personnel Managers (CIPM), the Rotary Club of Falomo, District 9110 and is currently serving as the President of The Catholic Women Organization (CWO), Church of the Assumption, Falomo, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Ijeoma is passionate about education, life coaching and women empowerment. She is happily married to Mazi Amechi Onyeador and blessed with children.
